Oh yes what a great bug balm to have on hand and this is sure the time of the year to have some. I love that this is a natural homemade balm and I know what is used in it and I love the idea of putting it in small jas and especially putting it in lip balm containers for easy use. This would be a great way to take it with you when traveling or camping. One question though what is Calendula oil? Never heard of that. I have got to make some of this. Thanks for recipe.

We are getting ready to head out to camp, and this will be perfect. I think I'll make a little container for each counselor to have on hand. Thanks for the idea!

Oh yes please, I must make this Soothing Natural Bug Bite Balm. I am always getting strange bug bites while gardening and so need this natural bug bite balm. I have everything but the Calendula, I'm not sure what it is or whee to buy it? I like the idea of putting it into old chap stick tubes. I think that home made balms are the best, because you know what it in it.. Thank you so much for sharing this free DIY idea/recipe.

i love making my own natural products. this balm has become a favorite very quickly now that mosquitoes are on the rage again. it has some natural antinflammatory ingredients too so its very soothing.

I'm super excited to try this! I always get eaten up soooo bad! Can't wait to try it

I love being outdoors---minus the bugs. With this bug bite balm, worrying about being bitten will be much less of a concern this summer.
