I have never done a fall garden and after I saw this tutorial I may try this year. I love fresh garlic and love beets and my family eats a lot of lettuce. Broccoli is one of my favorite vegatables especially in cheese sauce or soup. Love pickled beets but not sure how to prepare them. Anyone have a recipe? Thats for the inspiration.
