I wonder how well this really works for tough dirt, like bathroom surfaces. Sounds like a great idea, though, and I'd love a fresh scent like that.

I really like this idea for cleaning. I love vinegar to clean with, but it is so smelly that I hate to use it. I think this would work very well to cover up the smell of the vinegar and leave the house smelling good. Have you used any with essential oils? I love jasmine, lavender, and vanilla. I could see making this as a gift for families with newborns or those that want a more natural cleaning product. Thanks for the inspiration!

Im a great believer in using Vinegar for cleaning, but my husband often comments that it smells like fish and chips in here. However there is nothing that smells as fresh and clean as cleansers with a citrus fragrance so I will be trying this recipe. I will have to make it in smaller quantities as there are only the two of us and it would take a while to amass a jar full of orange peels.

I bet this citrus all purpose smells amazing and it is using all natural products. It takes a few days to infuse but I bet it is will worth it as citrus has great anti- bacteria properties and that is a great thing.If you use it a lot I would start another batch so next time you will not have to wait for the infusion to get done. I love that you do not have to worry about this being harmful to anyone. I hate using the chemical ones because I can never feel like I get it all cleaned away. Great tutorial. Anyone make some yet?

Citrus is such a fresh, clean scent. It's a great choice for a homemade cleaner. I will definitely be trying this one!
