Scrap wood or not, this design is worthy of making. I know I have a few choice places that I could use extra storage. This tutorial has provided the inspiration to get started. I have a need in the kitchen right now and then on to the bathroom. Thanks

These shelves have to be some of the most economical shelves to make. You can adjust the size to your needs and the sky is the limit on where they can be placed. I think what I like most is the "lip" so that stuff stays in place. Thanks for the tutorial.

I am always looking for good shelves that aren't overpowering and fit a specific space. Generally you would need to either cut down or use several store bought shelves which may not fit your space. These provide the greatest solution to adapting shelves to just the size you need and also the color of wood stain best suited to your decor! Great design and idea!
