Kitchen Counter Top Make Over with Floor Paint

"In my kitchen, my countertops were made from beech wood. However, they were over 20years old and beginning to show severe signs of wear and tear. Especially around the sink area where they had deep ingrained black mold marks. No matter how much I scrubbed and sanded I could not get rid of these unsightly marks. I couldn't afford to replace the countertops. So to give my kitchen a fresh new look, I decided to paint the countertops. I decided to use a floor paint as this would be hard wearing, but I made sure that I used an eco brand of floor paint that was food safe. My kitchen looks like new once again."
