Dusting Spray Recipe

"I tried three different DIY dusting spray recipes and found the best one. This one gently cleans with castile soap and uses an oil to polish. I also added an essential oil for a natural scent and to cut grease. I've used this on glass, plastic, and wood with great results. A little really goes a long way, so this will last you for several weeks. It costs just a few cents to make, so you save money and live healthier."

Materials List

  • distilled water
  • olive oil
  • castile soap
  • lemon essential oil

I like to use all natural things around my home for cleaning products. My goal is to have all chemical ones out of my house and this looks like a good choice for dusting spray. I like that it can be used everywhere( except electronics). There are some great tips too like putting the spray on the cloths and not spraying directly one. It is important to use distilled water when making anything that may be kept awhile to keep it from mildewing or musty smell and if you use essential oils it should be a glass sprayer. I love the smell of the citrus oils. Great post.
