Having spent a week or so re organising our work room we finally have the space for the storage units that we so badly need. This shelf tower is exactly the answer that we need to solve the issue. We have the same sort of corner between a window and a wall and the instructions are so detailed that it is not going to be at all difficult to adjust the sizes to suit our measurements.

For years my crafty and expert seamstress friend had racks of,plastic sagging under the weight of fabric tubs and yarn bins and finally built several,of these and painted them white and they border a nice window on either side. Now she has her fabric stacked and arranged according to color, which provides the visual, pop in the way it is all layer out. She added a wood molding at the top where it meets the ceiling and it looks great! Super idea and practical project!

OMG, for get the garage, this puppy is going in my craft room! I love this DIY Storage Tower Hack! After reading the blog and the step by step how to, this will come together nicely and I'm going to sand mine down with the electric sander and put a nice stain on it. I can see about 8 to 10 of these in my craft room full of yarn and bins full of craft stuff. My hubby is going to go nuts when I tell him how much wood I want, but the end project will be worth it in the long run. Thank you so much for sharing this DIY idea.
