We are remodeling our garage and putting on a new roof. I love that this is one of those organization projects that you can use one wall for, and everything is within arms reach. You still have the other three walls for decor, toolboxes, and heavy equipment. The best part is that the peg board is so easy to change around when you add new tools or home products.

Great way to organize your garage or for me, my craft room! I don't know about you, but I do have lots of different types of tools that I use to craft with, and the problem is always storage of said items. At present, I have the tools stored on my work table, which makes it difficult to actually work. I am going to confer with the hubby to see if we can figure out a way to incorporate a peg board storage wall somewhere in our basement. This will mean a "rethink" of a few things, since we have stone walls and concrete block walls, so masonry screws would be necessary to add a pegboard organizer. But, all this is doable and would really free up some space on my work table nicely! We do have a pegboard organizer in our garage for our small gardening tools and that works out very well, so I imagine this idea would make my craft area much more efficient!

Very nice idea, you can move things or add or if you want to be super organized, you do like my dad did. He put his tools in a row and drew an outline around each one. So he could tell in an instant if one was missing. Plus it helped us kids know what went where.

I plan on making two of these projects for my house! One for my craft room, will make that one more girly and personalized for me, the other one I will make for the garage so my husband can organize all his tools in his workspace!
