We love interesting wine and cider recipes, and this recipe contains both! You can make Wild Blackberry Cider by following these simple instructions. This blackberry cider-wine hybrid has some carbonation so it's lightly sparkling; and, you can adjust the recipe to get the amount of carbonation you want. Perfect for autumn, this black berry wine would be especially great  as an accompaniment to Thanksgiving meal. This wine would also make a nice gift for that special someone in your life who appreciates home brews. Go ahead and try your hand at your own individual blackberry cider.

Time to complete: Longer than a weekend

Primary Technique: Home Brewing

Oh yum! This sounds like it would be right up my alley. I can't believe that this can be made at home!

I love cider(and the blackberry twist here)! This is definitely a recipe to try this fall.

This has brought back some memories for me, I remember going blackberry picking with my parents and we made a blackberry cordial- it was delicious!! But this looks a little more interesting, would be lovely at a BBQ or after gardening in the Summer. We started a blackberry bush in the garden last year so all fingers crossed we get some blackberries on it this summer to make this drink with )

I love trying new things and this seems to be a good start. I really want to make something with a different sort of taste and this definitely seems to be it. I am a bit impatient so I hope I can wait it out but it seems worth it. I want to have people over for a meal when we have our tasting of this. I would also like to bottle stuff like this up and give as gifts.

I can't believe this is something I could make at home! I love cider, so I definitely want to try making this.

So excited to try this for my next summer pool party! Cider is my by far favorite type of drink for summer and fall!
