Tier Tray Valentine Decor

"This cute little tier tray Valentine decor was made from a small wood picture frame that I picked up at the Thrift store. I gave it a coat of white chalk paint, and added some black in the grooves. Then distressed the frame with sandpaper, and glued a piece of scrapbook paper in the center of the frame. A large white wood heart was then glued in the center and a smaller red heart on top. The word "Love" I picked up at the Dollar Tree, stained with watered down paint and hot glued it to the upper right side of the sign. "
