From the Blogger: "With Valentine's day around the corner we needed to come up with a unique way to make some place card holders. I don't know about you but January is always a rough month. Money is tight and it just seems like it's the longest month ever. I had to dig really deep into our craft cupboard to make these little heart topiaries. You may be surprised by what we used. They're made from a pool noddle and I'm really surprised at how easy they were to make."
