Summer is a time to show off your garden and fresh flowers, so why not have a little fun with it! This Vintage Bucket and Faucet DIY Planter is so fun and easy to create. While these types of pots can be quite expensive at gardening shops, many of the materials you need to construct the planter can be found buried in your garage! Finish off the pot by planting your favorite flowers. Flowers are already gorgeous enough to look at, but when they have a fun home, it makes the view even better. No drainage holes are required for this DIY!

This is a great idea and saves money from having to buy a planter. I have seen those large metal buckets at flea markets, but chances are you do have one in the garage! Another cute idea is to use a watering can, especially those vintage metal ones, because they really look cool and would be similar to adapt. In a pinch, you probably could paint and use those large plastic pails too, but this project looks pretty chic and adds some fun to your plant display!
