We love cooking with fresh herbs and have been looking at possible vertical herb garden ideas for our tiny terrace for so long now that I think we should simply pick one and go with it! Looking at this one it seems quite easy to extend it into triple or even a quadruple layered garden which would be perfect for our needs.

So, I'm not a huge gardener, but I am totally going to do this DIY plant hanger. I really enjoy having succulents in my room and throughout my apartment, so this is the perfect way to add some greenery to my space.

I like this idea! It's a really fun and nifty way to add a garden without taking up too much valuable counter/shelf space.

I normally leave the DIY projects to my husband. He has been asking me what he can make for our new home. Well, I am going to ask them to make this planter but smaller so I can grow herbs in our kitchen. Thanks for the idea.

I love this Rustic Hanging Planter. I grow herbs in the kitchen in the winter months and this planter will work great for them. The Rustic Hanging Planter pattern is so easy to understand and I'll be making this one for sure this week-end. I'm thinking of making mine a little longer to fit 4 pots, so hoping it works out.. Thank you so much for this free DIY pattern.

This is so cute! These planters would look great with my succulents in them.

I have the worst luck hanging things in my apartment. I would be afraid this would fall and make a big big mess.

This is an adorable hanging plantar. What a great idea for an apartment!

I've been looking for one of these to hang succulents from! So cute.
