How to Restore Old Garden Decor

From the blogger: "Having old rusty garden decor is no reason to throw it out! Anything can be salvaged and made new! Any rusty garden decor can be refurbished and upcycled. This tutorial walks you through restoring rusty garden decor. All you need is a wire brush, some spray paint, and a bit of time. Project time varies on paint drying time, but can be completed in a weekend, start to finish. As an added bonus, adding some colours in adhesive vinyl is always any option as detailed within this tutorial."
