These DIY Chalkboard Clay Pots are a trendy way to label your indoor and outdoor potted plants. This project uses chalkboard paint to create a surface that you can write on to identify the plants in each pot, mark special-care notes, or just get creative and doodle. If you go out of town, you can leave your house-sitter notes on the pots about how often to water each plant or if certain buds need more sunlight than others. The best part is chalk is erasable, so you can change whatever you write whenever the mood strikes you!
