With this Ridiculously Quick and Easy Pickled Cucumber Recipe, you may never buy a jar of pickles from the store again. Learning how to make cucumber pickles is a surprisingly easy feat. These quick cucumber pickles pack a sour punch. You can control how sweet the pickles taste by adding some sugar, which will also bring down the acidity of the pickles. They only take 30 minutes to make, so; it’s an incredibly easy recipe. Place the pickles in the refrigerator and eat within 3-5 days. Warning: this recipe is so delicious, you may have to replace the first batch faster than you think!

I have to admit the title caught my attention. I remember my mother making pickles one time and it took forever just to get them going. Not to mention how long they had to sit. I never thought to make pickles because of that one experience. However, I am really going to try this recipe when my garden goes in!

Okay, I had to click on this since it said "quick and easy," and most pickle recipes I've seen are not easy, or quick. Usually you have to make the brine and soak the pickles in it in a crock for at least three days. So this is very quick by comparison! I wonder, can you make pickle spears instead of chips?

What an easy to follow recipe! I've never pickled cucumbers before and this seems like something I could easily do. Over the summer my best friend in Michigan had an over-abundance of cucumbers and I'm wondering if she's used a method as easy as this one for pickling them. The post also states that when the jar is empty of cucumber slices, you can add more fresh cucumber slices. I'm wondering how many times this can be done? Anyone happen to know? I will file this technique away until we can get some good cucumbers. Thanks for sharing such an easy technique. Can't wait to use it.
