This is great! I made the mozzarella, then I used the whey to make Ricotta. We had the best lasagna with it. It was so quick to make this cheese. It only cost about $3.00. I was pleasantly surprised with this. It made me want to try other cheeses. This is definitely a gateway cheese.

I am very keen to make my own cheese. I am unquestionably going to make this. I agree that it is easier that driving to the store. I am keen to see how it is going to turn out. What do I do with the left over whey though? I will have to source some recipes for that or does anyone have any ideas?

My dad used to make his own mozzarella, and he always says it's really easy! This honestly looks easier than driving to the store to buy it.

I saw someone make mozzarella cheese on a cooking show once. This looks easy to do!

Yum! Definitely going to try this over the weekend!
