This is a great informative project. I used this after all of my herbs from my garden were finished. This even worked for the catnip for my cats. This covers every herb you can think of! I am saving this one for referencing back to next year. I plan on having even more varieties of herbs. This makes it so much easier to figure out what to do with the ones you don't use fresh.

I have to do something with the lavender in my backyard, so this project is especially timely for me. I can't wait to try it!
