"If you’ve ever wondered how to make toasted coconut, here is an easy how to for recipes, desserts or whatever you are craving! Coconut can be toasted in a couple different ways, but my favorite way to make it is in the oven. Toasting brings out the delicious flavor and gives it a crispy texture. Coconut roasted in the oven is delicious in so many different ways, and is particularly tasty in summer recipes. Whether you add it to pies, cookies, popcorn or sprinkle on ice cream, it’s a fantastic crunchy topping that is delicious in many combinations."
