I never knew that you could make a syrup from wild violets or I would have grown some and tried it this year. I love gardening with things I can make fsomething from as spices, essential oils and now tea or lemonaid. I love the color of it too. Never tasted it but this would look so good on a table for a lunch, dinner or a wedding and easy to make too. Also makes a good gift in a pretty bottle with a ribbon and homemade card.

I never knew you could make syrup from wild Violet's and that they contained so many medicinal benefit in addition to being so pretty. I will be curious to see what this tastes like! This would be quite an impressive gift with its beautiful color, and it would be fun to experiment with it in different recipes, like muffins, or even a savory chicken dish perhaps. Super recipie, thank you for sharing!

I have absolutely no idea what I'm going to use this with, but it's too pretty not to make

Purple things are my favorite; so, you know I adore the look of this DIY syrup. It would be a great syrup alternative to try in tea!

I agree. This seems like the kind of thing that would go perfectly with tea!

I just love the color. I want to make this and just lit sit around a pretty jar like the one pictured. This would make a great Halloween craft / recipe.

Well, this is weird. I'm still probably going to try making it, though. The color is just too pretty. Plus, I'm always looking for healthier sweeteners.

This looks delicious and healthy! And you gotta love the color of it. I want to try this in a lemonade or iced tea.
