I agree with the contributor of this recipe. When you really read the labels you are more than shocked with the ingredients list. Not only did she provide a recipe for the electrolyte drink, she has recipes for Electrolyte Popsicles and cold -Busting Gummy Snacks.

This would help you hydrate while jogging or having your regular exercise. Rich in vitamins, too.

My vegan son will appreciate this recipe and not just because he is vegan. He is always preparing foods as natural as possible and because he is physically active, this will be a great addition to his recipe book.
