I made these for my husband for his lunch. He loves fruit roll ups, but they are so expensive and so full of sugar. I decided to make my own for him to take. These were super easy and taste so much better than the store bought. I love that I was able to make them sugar free. I just omitted the honey and make used the strawberry puree. I didn't strain the seeds and they turned out great. I will definitely be making these again.

One thing which always goes into my son's lunch box is fruit roll but I usually buy it. I like the idea of making my own. I know I'm going to try it with apricots or peaches. I never realized it could be this easy. They also look very decorative to have in a jar on the kitchen counter. I like this very much.

I am absolutely thrilled to have found this Delicious Homemade Fruit Roll ups idea. I love stocking up on berries when they are on sale, and now with the summer fruit coming into season. This recipe is so easy, and I love the idea of being able to salvage a great snack out of fruit that might otherwise go to waste. It will be great to have these on hand when the kids come over.

I love dehydrating and preserving food and this is a very easy recipe to follow. You use all natural ingredients which makes it very healthy. You can make up your own fruit mixtures or use just one fruit at a time. You can also use a food dehydrator if you have one. The dehydrator's instruction booklet will let you know how long to heat your roll ups in that particular dehydrator.

Fruit roll ups were my favorite when I was a kid. I wouldn't mind trying out this homemade recipe.
