This infused oil is wonderful! I love to use it to cook with. I am actually planting rosemary this year in my garden so that I can make this with fresh rosemary. It should be delicious. Does anyone know if I could do this with other spices? I'm thinking that some basil infused oil would be wonderful, especially on some roasted tomatoes. Has anyone tried this?
