Another great tutorial to make your own mayonnaise from scratch and another easy one. It is great looking at different people who make it to see what they do different then the others or any other tips. This one also tells how to fix the broken mayonnaise if you make a mistake. Has anyone made their own? Any more suggestions?

Mayo is another condiment that never lasts in the fridge and its so expensive. I love how simple this recipe is and a DIYer i like it when people share their amazing and very detailed recipes. i love the tip on how to rescue a broken mayo.

Ive always wanted to make my own mayonnaise. I never thought it could be this easy. I like aioli as well so will just add the garlic to this recipe and see what happens. I think I would like to try using extra virgin olive oil as well. Im sure that will make it taste even better? Does anyone know if it has to be sunflower oil or can you use another kind of oil?
