The author is right, you would never know these are created with TP rolls, and of course you could also use paper towel or cardboard gift wrap rolls as well if they aren't too thick. This would be a fun craft to do with kids, and you could extend the project to spray some glitter or add buttons, ribbon or ric rac trim! Another option is to add the flowers all the way around the wreath. Super fun for kids!
