The newest and coolest innovation has just been released to me for a review and I cannot wait to tell you about. The 3D Scribbler Pen is a fabulous product meant for teens and tweens, but can also be used by adults.

The Scribbler 3D Pen is a tool that combines intellect and fun, and can provide the resources kids need for developing cognitive skills. It's an engaging pen that allows them to create 3D graphics and objects using their creative minds. While using this pen, kids can develop their motor skills, attention to detail, spatial thinking, imagination, planning and organizational skills, and hand-eye coordination. Spatial reasoning is an important skill to have and this pen will help manipulate and modify objects made, which is a great way to start for those who plan to work in the professional field of computer design, sketching, engineering, piloting and architecture. This pen really is one of the neatest tools I've had the chance to play with.

Each pen comes with rolls of different colored filaments, which is a thin plastic that you feed through the pen and essentially is making your objects. The pen has a temperature controller, so you can melt the filament at higher or lower temperatures. What's neat about this heat setting is that you can watch as the temperature rises, so you'll know when it's ready to use, instead of waiting and wondering when it will be hot enough. The Scribbler Duo Pen features two nozzles that allow you to create objects with two colors at a time to create complex 3D compositions.

Using the pen is super fun and gets your creative juices flowing. The speed controller tells the filament to come out fast or slow, so you can control how quickly your object comes to life. As the filament is being melted and coming out of the pen, you can create whatever you wish. Make a square, build some layers and then start building upward to create a masterpiece. The filament dries quickly, so it becomes a solid sturdy piece almost instantaneously. Once you have a base for your object you can start building vertically and let your imagination take you away. Need some ideas? Let the Scribbler 3D Pen build a pencil holder, statues like the Eiffel Tower, a replica of your dog or a cute Barbie house, make little figurines, create a 3D flower to put in a vase, decorate shoes, create school projects; the possibilities are endless!

The Scribbler 3D Pen is lightweight and easy to use and will change the way you create. This pen can literally draw in the air; something you've never experienced before.
