First of all, these are so cute. If you're making them, know that they are strictly for decor purposes so you won't have to redo the marble over and over because it came out while you were washing. If you have some old kitchen cooking spoons then use them for this project orbit you were thinking of making some as a housewarming gift then you could buy the bamboo spoons.

Using contact paper that has a marble look makes this project practical and looks great. I love the look of marble and have used discontinued marble tiles for various projects such as cutting boards or servers. I like the use of the pastel pink and Aqua colors shown. Very nice project, thanks for sharing!

Very neat idea and very inexpensive. Now add easy and you completed the triangle of my requirements for a diy project! It's very easy and I may just give it a try. I am into polymer clay and was thinking of wrapping some around the ends like this after marbling some colors together. Now I have another great idea. And the dollar store sells three of these in a pack!

I absolutely love marble home decor, so these cooking utensils are right up my alley. Thanks for the great idea!

Cool idea for a hostess gift or a housewarming present!

neat idea would be great stocking stuffers for the creative cook in the family.
