The best holiday projects are those that you can stretch out all year round and what's better than trying to keep some plants alive for he umpteenth time. If you're in love with pumpkins but don't like she whole carving of real pumpkins but hen this is sorta your thing. There's a bit of carving but it gets better because instead of a scary Jack-o, you end up with a succulent planter.

These look really classy and I love aloe plants and other succulents too! I could see adding a pretty ribbon around it with a bow and perhaps a button accent. Or you could group several of these with a strand of LED rice lights in gold, green or amber or even purple for a fun and festive centerpiece on a table or side buffet. Great project! Thanks for sharing such super creativity!

These are so adorable. I really like the idea of spray painting them that metallic rose gold color. Gives it a very sophisticated look. Then again, I'm a sucker for most succulent planters.

These are cute and would be really easy to do. I can picture them as centerpieces at a fall themed wedding or party. I particularly like the one that is spray painted gold/rose gold. I bet that you could use vinegar and silver spray paint to create a pumpkin with a mercury glass effect. These would be adorably in groupings on a mantel at Thanksgiving!
