Succulents have been all the rage this year, and for good reason! If you’d like to grow your own succulents without much hassle, you need to make a glass plant terrarium.

DIY terrariums like this make fantastic homes for succulents, cacti, and air plants. Plus, they’re simply stunning to look at! The copper foil edges add a subtle pop of color that will make your creation look much more expensive than it actually is. You can also adjust the size and shape to make the perfect glass plant terrarium for your space, with as many succulents or cacti as you’d like. Check out the tutorial for some great ideas!

Even though it may look intimidating, making a terrarium is well worth the time and effort you put in. It will be a thing of beauty in your home for years and years to come!

I have been eyeing these geometric glass orbs for the longest time but everywhere I find them the price tag puts me off. This is the most ambitious project I'll admit because I haven't worked with glass either so I don't know which type is best to use but I'll do my research. These is too good to pass up on advanced or not.

How CUTE are these little planters! I can see making this a weekend project that the whole family would love since all my kids are teenagers now. I love that you can make numerous shapes and sizes depending on what you want and where you plan to put the terrariums. Great idea!!

I am SO going to do this!! I agree that cutting the glass is going to be the hardest part I saw one done with dollar store picture frames that was not as hard as this but it wasn't as pretty either! I make crafts to sell at craft shows and this is definetley going to be one of my new items! I like having unique things to sell! I will be making them as terrariums and including a succulent for an added wow. I will take pictures and add to comments when I'm done.
