I have never thought about painting wicker furniture before but this is a great idea and I love that it has layered paint colors. You can use 1,2 or more colors to get the look you want. You can make your own designs too. try some stars or even the sun or moon or write a saying on it. The sky is the limit.

I never thought about painting wicker furniture before but it makes sense! Love this idea

This project really caught my eye! I have had the aqua metal retro motel chairs, and some old white wicker, and painting the wicker to match and coordinate with the chairs would pull the, all together so nicely and give some really good life to them. You really do have to clean off the wicker and let it dry thoroughly and all those books and crannies do lend themselves to spray paint as what a pain to try and get a brush everywhere! Great idea and beautiful use of color!

I have to confess that I rescued a white wicker chair from my neighbors dumpster! I just knew it had another life and here it is in living color. The blogger was great with lots of pics and little tips and reminders! I really like that the Color Master line of paint is a primer/paint so I can get started right away too. Just goes to show that another man's trash really can be another man's treasure!
