I enjoy making things like this for my grandkids. It is a way to recycle and when the need for the container has expired or it has been worn, it can finally make its way to the recycle bin. The designs can be customized for the recipient and the kids always love to help in the projects.

I have completed a project very similar to this one. Back in the day before recycling was cool and the lack of funds encouraged me to take an old pringles can and cover it with construction paper using glue. Then I decorated it with stickers and used it to keep teenage girl stuff in. Ah, the memories.

My kids are always asking me to make them stuff to store their things. While I am not the most organized of people, I love to make crafts like this because when you mess up, you are out very little and never worry about throwing out craft materials while you perfect your design. I love it! Since my kids love pringles, I will not have any shortage of containers to use.

This is such a cute and unique idea! I can't believe how easy and inexpensive it is!
