One of the great things about vintage furniture is that for the most part, they are well made and mostly solid wood with tongue and groove joints.... Unless you find one with chipping veneer, a solid wood surface can really be updated in so many ways. Paint is one option, but I have also sanded and restrained good wood as well. Adding some trendy or classy hardware pulls or knobs really can change the look too! Estate sales and resale shops have some lovely finds! Thank you for sharing the how-to!
