I never would have guessed these were wine bottles! What a cool way to turn those bottles into something new.

During our last vacation, I brought home on accident all the empty wine bottles from the farewell party. They were meant for the recycle bin that was located within the rental property. Since then, I've run across a few ways to use those empty bottles and I really like this one. I can share again with family member that were at that gathering.

Elegant gifts for Christmas. The bottles gives drama to it. Nice craft.

This is a great gift idea. I love the recycled bottles. They look so chic and elegant and I bet they can provide wonderful lighting . I have been looking for a nice craft idea for candles in my bathroom and I think this craft is the best.

I like the Wine Bottle DIY Candles because it is practical and a way to recycle. Anyone have any idea how much the Diamond Tech Crafts G2 Bottle Cutter costs? I have seen a glass cutting technique to cut a glass bottle with string and alcohol / fire and ice. The cutter may be safer.

What a great project! Also I have been wondering for ages how to go about cutting bottles and now, thanks to this project, I know. I am a strict recycler but have held on to numerous bottles with exactly such a project in mind so I will definitely be doing this just as soon as my newly ordered glass scorer has arrived. Am also interested to see the wooden wicks, have not seen those before so that will be a new thing to try as well.

Not that I have that many wine bottles hanging around, but this sounds really interesting. My husband makes soap and as a natural extension I want to make candles, especially those with wooden wicks. I am hoping the price is the total for the 4-5 candles. So, this is our next project, homemade candles!

Wow, I would never think to turn empty wine bottles into candles, but I'm impressed! It's amazing what you can do with a little creativity.

Wine bottle crafts are my favorite! These would even make some great gifts...the possibilities are endless!
