This simple fall fairy garden uses materials that are easy to find at any craft store. Pick up a few of your favorite scary cute miniatures and arrange them however you like in your very own fairy garden.

Although the (black, moonless) sky is the limit with this project, our version does have a spooky secret that we think you will enjoy. Be sure to scroll down to see what it is!

Halloween Fairy Garden

Instructions

  1. Fill your flower pot with dirt or with a block of floral foam.

  2. Pour glow-in-the-dark crystals on top of the fill so that they completely cover the "ground" of your fairy garden.

  3. Trim your tree branches to the correct size for the fairy garden. I just cut the top 10" or so from a larger decorative tree in order to get the size I needed.

  4. Sink your tree branches into the fairy garden. You may need to bury them a few inches into the dirt in order for them to stay upright.

  5. Add more glow-in-the-dark crystals if too many were dislodged by adding the tree.

  6. Add a handful of pumpkins to your fairy garden.

  7. Sink your fairy wind chimes into the fairy garden.

  8. You're done! Turn off the lights to see your spooky glow-in-the-dark effect and enjoy your Halloween fairy garden.

For those who just love to make fairy gardens for every occasion you need to see this one for halloween. It has glow in the dark decorative crystals that bring that haunted feel. I think I would add a fairy or gnome or dragon and maybe a homemade small bat too. Make it your own and have fun.
