I love to have candles burring at the end of a long day. I have never attempted to make candles and I am wondering about the cost effectiveness of making my own. There is equipment to purchase and product to make the candles. Is this a good hobby for a novice?

I really love mason jars and candles. Here is a way to have them both. I read over the directions and for someone who has never made candles, this one may not be the project, to begin with, but for those that have a little candle making knowledge under the belt, this one is a keeper.
