I was disappointed when I clicked on this link and then the next one to finally get to the project, only to discover there were no instructions to make the caddy. Instead it told me where to buy one and what I could put in it. I wouldnt consider this a DIY.

I love this idea for all three of my teens. We homeschool, and this project is an excellent way for us to pack a to-go pack for times when we are helping my parents or heading out to run errands. The kids can easily access the web with our hotspot, and the canvas organizer will hold all the phones, chargers, pens, pencils, notepads, and other items they might need while we are out. Great idea!

I have made a similar project by using an old canvas type fabric apron and sewing up seams to create pockets and holders and turned up the hem several inches to make one large pocket which I sectioned off. The cool, thing is that you can then wear the apron if you wish, or just use the neck straps as a carrier. Great inspirational project!

I was a little disappointed that I could not create this from scratch, I would have to buy the bag first. You could go to Home Depot and find a painter's bag or apron and do the same thing.

Great idea for setting up an area at home. We can move this around. My kids will like that.
