How To Make Facial Toner
"Learn how to make a homemade facial toner with witch hazel and essential oils. Toners help remove more dirt and oil than just washing your face, and you should use a toner after washing and before moisturizing. This is an easy recipe, even for beginners. I used sweet almond oil, but I also have some other options for other skin types. Add essential for their skin benefits. Making your own toner helps save money, and your skin will look and feel fantastic."
