Dry Skin Toner Recipe

Dry Skin Toner Recipe With Just 4 Ingredients
Dry Skin Toner Recip

"Using a toner each day after cleansing your skin helps remove more dirt, oil, and makeup for cleaner skin. It also works by restoring the pH balance. This toner is easy to make with just four ingredients. It uses helichrysum essential oil and vetiver essential oil for their skin-loving benefits. It helps dry skin without making skin oily. I call this a toner for dry skin, but it also works well on normal skin and acne prone skin."

Great information on this toner tutorial. I have oily skin but my sister has dry skin throughout the year. When I make my own beaui products, I can't give them to her so this will make up for it. This toner is alcohol free which means it won't leave your skin dry and vitamin E protecting your skin from harmful UV rays.
