Super simple idea and inexpensive too! Another use for coffee beans for fragrance sake is as an odor clarifier! When you are sniffing different perfumes in a higher end store. You will see plates of coffee beans set out here and there on the perfume counters. This is because the smell of the coffee beans helps to clear the nasal palate so you can sniff each fragrance without over lingering of the previous scent. So you could make a smaller one of these to,take with you if you need to clear your sniffer while checking out perfumes in discontent stores. Also good to have on hand in a travel version if you know in advance there might be stinky smells and you can sneak it out of your purse from time to time as needed. Just keep it in a baggy so your purse doesn't get overwhelmed!

. I would not advise this project for anyone that does not love the smell of coffee. After a while the smell of coffee can get on your nerves just as much as the stinky smell. I guess I would rather smell coffee that stink though.

This works great in a car or even an RV! If you like the smell of coffee, you can use a version of this as a deodorizer in your kitchen. Also, if you make it flat, you can put it in the bottom of a trash container and it will stop unpleasant odors from that.

I love using coffee in craft projects, so I will definitely make a note of this project! Who wouldn't want to smell coffee in their car or favorite workspace?

I love the smell of fresh coffee brewing early in the morning. I never thought about using coffee as an air freshner. I am interested in knowing if the grounds remain in the pantyhose? This is a simple solution to a funky smell if you have it an enclosed space.

This is way better than buying those vent plug-ins or those little pine trees. Good idea!

This is brilliant! I love the smell of coffee, and the best part is how easy (and inexpensive) this looks! I love it :)

This DIY air freshener is such a great idea. I've never thought to use coffee this way before.
