Finally! This is just what I need. I have so many lemons at home and been using them for so many reasons. I am so glad I found a way to preserve them.

These preserved lemons are so tasty. I made a batch once and it was a huge hit so I need to make another. These lemons are best made when it's sunny so it needs about a month in the sun. It's a long wait but it tastes better as it ages, kinda like wine

I love lemons so I usually buy a lot and most of the time they just end up in the trash. Good thing I have learned how to preserve them. It's nice learning these kinds of hacks since food is highly perishable. Now I do not have to worry on buying a lot.

I had not heard of preserving lemons before! I looked online for recipes to use preserved lemons in them and I found you can add these lemons to just about anything, including salsa, a salad, salad dressings, guacamole, hummus, pasta, and soups and stews. Rinse off excess salt on each lemon if you are limiting your salt intake, then chop up and add to recipe.
