I never knew that butternut squash was that good for you and now that I do I have got to make it more and now that I watched this video I can cut it the right way. There is also written directions too. Once you see this it is so easy to do. I think I may try and roast it and put butter ,salt and pepper on it.

THis was pretty helpful. I love eating squash, and butternut is a fun one to cook. Cutting it can be a bit daunting though. It's not as easy as acorn. That said, it's still SO WORTH it. Mmmmmmmm

Learning how to cut fresh butternut squash is so important. The squash you can slice on your own is usually better than the pre-cut squash, too.
