Where were these tips last year after I made my first turkey? I will be referencing this guide in November!

I cannot say how convenient this idea is right now. The Easter holiday is right around the corner and this means a weekend of family dinners and lunches. The last time we had turkey i was too young to carve it but thanks to this idea it'll be a walk in the park.

This is an excellent photo tutorial on turkey carving! I would also use this technique on a roasted chicken. No more whacking away at the poor bird! I love the secret magic cut!
