There are few furniture pieces that look better at night, but this table will light up any dinner party. For a quirky DIY furniture project, try building this Glow in the Dark Table. This DIY wood table is surprisingly easy to make, not to mention very fun. It is the perfect outdoor table for hangouts; or, it can be a standout dining room table. Your table will give off a gorgeous blue glow from twilight to evening. Watch how it looks even more amazing as it gets darker outside!

This is the coolest table I have ever seen! If I were in the market for a new dining room table, I would want this one for sure! Has anyone made this? One thing Is that you would not want to use a tablecloth on this table! Does the glow in the dark come in any other colors for this project? I am wondering what type of wood would work best, but it seems like it would look stunning no mater what the wood type used! Super and creative project, thank you for sharing!

This is such a gorgeous concept. My son is a carpenter, and I have been after him to make this for a long time now. I dont care if he keeps it for himself. I just want to see one up close. I saw one online that was botched. Apparently, it is a difficult project to do, especially if you rush it too much.

This is officially the coolest thing I've ever seen! And it looks way easier to make than I expected!

I've seen pictures of similar projects online but didn't realize how easy it was. I wonder if you could use this same technique on other hard surfaces, like tile (I'm thinking in between tiles).
